We work closely with caterers to build menus, explore service styles, and present package options that align with your priorities, guest experience, and overall event design. We also take the time to thoroughly learn your chosen venue, understanding layouts, flow, timelines, and restrictions, so every plan is built with the space in mind.
Design support is woven throughout the process. We assist with invitation design and RSVP management, offering guidance on wording, layout, and guest flow, while clients remain responsible for the cost of invitations, supplies, and postage. We also provide access to our standard décor collection and create customized signage to ensure visual cohesion throughout your day.
As your event approaches, we create a comprehensive, detailed timeline and serve as the central point of communication for your entire vendor team. Every detail is confirmed, every transition is planned, and every contingency is considered.
On the wedding weekend, we are fully present. This includes rehearsal facilitation, event setup, vendor management, and complete wedding day oversight. We take care of everything behind the scenes — allowing you, your family, and your vendors to focus on what matters most.
