Our legacy in the making.
This is more than a business. It’s a legacy built with intention.
Everything we create is guided by a commitment to quality, care, and work that truly matters.
Hi, I’m Rachel!
At the heart of The Ivory House is my family.
My husband and our five kids are the reason behind everything I build. They’re what keep me grounded in what actually matters, being intentional, being prepared, and creating experiences that feel meaningful and lasting. They remind me that this work isn’t just about one day… it’s about what that day becomes years from now.
I’ve spent over a decade in weddings, starting behind the camera. Photography gave me a front row seat to it all. How a day unfolds, where things tend to get tight, and just how much trust couples place in the people guiding them. That perspective shaped me in a big way.
About seven years ago, I stepped into something new with my dad and uncle, building and running a wedding venue from the ground up. That’s where everything really deepened. We learned the behind-the-scenes side of weddings in a whole new way, from logistics, timelines, vendors, and guest experience… all of it. It gave me a full picture of what it actually takes to make a day feel smooth and effortless.
The Ivory House was created from all of that.
It’s the combination of what I’ve seen, what I’ve built, and what I care about most. It’s calm leadership, thoughtful preparation, and genuinely taking care of people.
I want weddings to feel supported, intentional, and beautifully done, not rushed or overwhelming. My role is to step in, handle the details, and create the kind of environment where you can actually be present and enjoy your day.
Because it matters.
This work is personal to me. It always has been.
xo,
Rachel
